Residential and commercial building
»Sure, that’s what you’d like to have: A villa out where it’s nice and green with a large terrace, the Baltic Sea to the front, the hustle & bustle of Berlin’s Friedrichstrasse to the rear; with a lovely view, something bucolic & classy in one, where you can see the Zugspitze mountaintop from the bathroom – but in the evening it’s just a short hop to the cinema. And the whole thing kept simple, a really humble abode: nine rooms – no, better make it ten! A rooftop garden with oak trees standing on it, a radio, central heating, vacuum cleaner, a slew of servants, well bred, their lips sealed, a sweet woman with plenty of mettle and verve – (and one for the weekend in reserve) – a library, and all around there’s solitude and the buzz of bumblebees. In the stables: two ponies, four thoroughbred stallions, eight cars, a motorcycle – naturally you ride & drive them all yourself – nothing to it! And in between you head off to go big-game hunting «Kurt Tucholsky

An innovative product for residential life developed as an alternative that interprets the dream of having one’s own home, an individual address, personally designable spaces to live in and a commensurate garden in an urban correlation, all in a modern way, and thus makes a contribution towards counteracting the advancing urban sprawl in the landscape:

As a synthesis between efficiency and individuality, with its capable structure the product offers an alternative to customary apartment-complex housing and a response to the demand for high-quality and affordable residential space in an urbane context.
