Vertical Sky Gardens Andarzgoo

Office space, restaurant, and car showroom

The building is located on the famous Andarzgoo Boulevard in Farmaniyeh, an affluent and upper-class district in Tehran’s northern foothills. Facing the SANA Shopping Centre, accessible from Kamranieh Street, and close to the Niavaran Park and Palace Complex, the Vertical Sky Gardens Andarzgoo sets new standards in the real-estate market for office buildings in Tehran. The ten-storey building contains eight floors of open-space offices above a fusion restaurant and a representational car showroom at street level, including a two-storey-high entrance lobby and eight levels of underground parking. Double-floor-high gardens on the office levels of the 5th and 9th floors and the spacious restaurant terrace above the car showroom offer stunning views of the Alborz Mountains. Three different kinds of façades have been designed: a dark natural- stone-cladded ventilated façade system for the vertical access core, a transparent mullion and transom construction, and a double-skin façade with an expanded metal mesh skin. The latter includes lighting elements for all office spaces. Though the façade is being customised and co-ordinated to fulfil the specific requirements of the individual uses involved, the targeted outcome that emerges on the whole is a coherent appearance. Completion is earmarked for late summer 2024.
