Am Albertussee

A modern residential quarter is going to be erected by PANDION on a lakeside plot near the shores of Lake Albertussee in Düsseldorf-Heerdt in the course of a new construction project. The property spans roughly 42,000 square metres, the gross floor area roughly 66,000 square metres. A total of around 700 apartments will arise, 40 per cent of which will be subsidised housing. The lake whose name was given to the project and the popular Heerdterhof Garden recreational area are located in the immediate vicinity of the plot. Commencement of construction is scheduled for mid-2021, completion of the entire site is supposed to occur in 2025. The project volume amounts to roughly 216 million euros. A mixture of linear structures and point-block highrises is intended to ensure a diversity of visual axes and look-through vistas in the direction of the lake. The point-block buildings shall be designed by Hadi Teherani Architects.
