Istanbul Residential
Located in Elahiyeh, an elegant residential area of Tehran’s District One in the northern section of the Iranian capital, the luxurious six-storey apartment house is especially tailored to affluent couples and young families. Already the fifth urban construction of its kind in the Fereshteh neighbourhood to showcase innovative design by Hadi Teherani, when observed from the outside the building’s exterior captures attention due to a skilfully diverse and graphically three-dimensional façade. One of the design’s highlights is its visual and physical connection to the surrounding upscale venues Istanbul and Felestin Streets, an effect achieved through exposed glass boxes that were also designed in response to internal functions. Floor-to-ceiling windows in a curtain wall façade and HiFinity sliding door systems in combination with a sustainable, dry-installed ventilated façade system constructed out of natural stone serve as individual shielding between the private and public spheres. With regard to the neighbouring houses, the building features façades mostly facing north and south, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the metropolis. The structural concept includes a meticulously designed rooftop garden terrace with open-access facilities and relaxation zones that invite residents to linger. Indoor areas exhibit a modern and distinctly high-quality interior design that sets them apart. The ground floor is reserved for a luxurious lobby providing additional amenities. Working closely together, architects and interior designers have created a highly desirable residential environment. The twelve residential units have exclusive access to a special selection of features. They include a twelve-metre-long indoor/outdoor swimming pool along with a jacuzzi, two saunas, a fitness room, a private lounge and event hall, and 32 parking spaces.
